Becoming a Click Bank vendor

Hey, I'm thinking about becoming a vendor on clickbank and turning an old book into an ebook. The book was not originally written by me, so I was wondering if I revised the book into my own words, would CB approve it as a legitimate/legal product? I'm also wondering if I embed a few videos from youtube on my niche site, belonging to other people, would this also be approved as legit/legal? Your responses will be greatly appreciated.

Yeh should be no problems in that!
Alot of the ebooks are all the same information written differently.
