Anyone that has EVER recruited affiliates with any success would laugh at this statement. Nobody that has ever done it would even begin to make it seem like all you had to do was visit some "affiliate forums and what not."

Dude, you made this grandiose, vague post looking for "Thanks." Everything you posted is generalized, repeated crap that I can find in any ebook circa 2005.

And The Secret? LOL. Yeah, I saw that. I remember the part about the woman beating breast cancer because she watched funny movies. I guess all the people that die from breast cancer each year don't watch enough funny movies huh?

I do this by going to forums for the particular niche I am looking at, using Google alerts to listen for keywords of that niche and subscribing to them in Google Reader, and checking out Yahoo Answers for questions being posted on the subject. Doing searches on Twitter, Facebook, and Friendfeed also helps too. It does take time, but I wouldn't say difficult. HTH!

To OP: Nice post! I take everything with a grain of salt so I'll stay out of the debate whether or not you're honest - the important thing is researching and putting things into action.
 
This "method" has turned many into millionaires, and still people continue to profit off this at $100k+ per month.

When shady affiliate offers and rebills die, or if they ever die, then this is what all affiliate marketers would be doing. Selling "quality" products for a set price instead of some acai pills or credit report.

I'm going to be doing a few launches pretty soon, and I know that I will fail, but when you have a success, it's not that hard to make $5k a day.
 
Hey The One, very interesting thread. I was thinking of doing something similar, but of course, I have no idea how to use aweber, driving trafffic, or whatever being a newbie.

I just gotta learn I guess.

Good info but for a regular person that is overwhelming amount of work.
First they need to make their first $100 and keep pumping out niche sites
Then reinvest it and start outsourcing as quickly as possible.
 
You're lying.

If you're making 800k a month you can post what your niche is right here, because it is not a niche and there's no way we could compete with you.

Even if I ranked for "credit card" I probably wouldn't make 800k a month.

Hey, why don't you guys do this twice and become a 2 millionaire instead!! Scale up!!!

Then once you do that, you can outsource the method to people in the Philippines to do it for you and pay them $15 per day and if you outsource it to 10 people, you'll make another $10 million!

WOW THIS IDEA IS BRILLIANT!!!

And then we can all buy yachts and have millionaire bhw parties with supermodels and drugs!!!!

If I could just magically click my fingers and find a keyword with 20,000 searches a day with no competition, then I'd be a millionaire too.

Good post though, it works in theory. Just gotta find that keyword.
 
A lot of you guys are too negative. I do realize this is a BH site, and the OP shared a pretty WH technique. But I can say with experience that this Business model works. Just like everything it depends on scale, but if a newbie did all this he would definitely make some good money. Its just a matter of managing the project so you don't get caught up in the specifics to the point of being discouraged. Imagine if you take this list and add some of the blackhat techniques that you know for seo, this could scale extremely fast. On top of that you definitely would want to outsource the majority of this anyway.

Good post OP. You may not become a millionaire in a year with this, but you will most definitely be making some GOOD money!

To any newbie that saw the negative comments and got discouraged, DON'T!
 
Great post man. In my experience (and I am about to launch a product myself) that is definitely the way to go. Affiliate marketing is pretty good and whatnot, but you still don't own the product. When you own your own product, you can earn A LOT more.
 
I have considered posting online and offline methods with examples of success stories on BHW, but I don't because I know that some members would accuse me of lying.

If you stop focusing on the amount the OP says he earns and read the post for what it is was intended - a method shared. Then I think the OP deserves thanks..
