Beamservers review [SCAM OR EXIT SCAM]

Hi

Would like to warn anyone who uses or plans to use beamservers.com or swiftslots.com(it's the same company) , I purchased and paid for a year of VPS NL S Server with them, which after using for a while they have turned off.
Stopping, starting, powering off or rebooting does not work and server has been turned off for 2 weeks now.
I've left countless support tickets - not one of them has been answered, they just get closed after a while.

Their online support, that they say is dedicated 24/7 via live chat - gives a copy-paste response that they can not deal with anything technical and a support ticket must be opened.

Another interesting thing is that if you ask something in their live chat and they have to give you that copy-paste response, when you visit their site again from the same ip address - you will no longer see the live chat option. So they block people that they've already scammed.

Absolute scam of a "company", do not trust them with your website and money.

Why did you choose them in the first place?
Are they cheaper than the likes of reputable ones such as DO, Scaleway?

What was your reason for choosing this place?

It was cheaper, NL server which I needed, and instant crypto payments.

I think they were advertising here on the forum a while ago too, if I remember correctly. I don't know if they still do, just be careful with them.
