I refunded a client $2,700.00 for service I provide on a monthly basis today as we need to be kind to our clients,

We will still provide the service but if you are in the service industry you need to give back to your clients now and then.

I'll do the same when his $3,500.00 payment is made later this month.

Do your clients like you want to be done as that is good business.

Respect doubled! I have seen your responses and they get brutal sometimes for sellers who are asked to refund the money when the buyers' complain even after the service has been delivered.

It might sound like crazy at that moment but the more you think about it, the better it is for the seller. As in the long run, it avoids unnecessary drama and maintain his/her goodwill in the community. And a lot of people give advice but fail to follow them but glad to see you living by your lessons, making the community proud!

We have never worked together but I'm sure we will cross paths someday in the future and that will be one of the best deals I've ever made in the business.

because we still gotta pay them bills, but when you give a little
you get a little in return. what goes around comes around

I randomly gift balance to my clients to make them happy and yes what goes around comes around ~ happened with me a few times.
