My shop shut down 'this store is not available'.

So today I tried to purchase an app with my Czech Republic card. As soon as I updated payment my store seized up, locked off and now it's unavailable.

I can't even go on chat for help as it just says 'store unavailable'.

I´ve sent an email and they opened a ticket but without any response yet (more than 12 hours). So, meanwhile, I was researching a lot about this issue in Google but any resolutive stuff appears. Just complains about they usually take around 3 days to end up replying to you something like this:

"I'm afraid that after reviewing your information and website we believe your business presents a level of risk that we will be unable to support with Shopify. I'm sorry we won't be able to help with your business, and if you have any questions, please let us know.

Best of luck with your business going forward,"

This is the point: I URGENTLY need my store working (I hadn´t even opened it, I was just customizing it) because I´m with a llittle savings, in a continent is not the mine, alone and without job. Given this situation I cannot wait to have this shit of reply from Shopify, I'll open another store trying to change something of my personal info.

While I do this, I wanna know if someone had this problem and if it is any solution... Really I´m very upset and maybe we can fix this trouble altogether for all the people is in the same situation.

NOTE: just to share with you, guys, I´m argentinian, with permanent visa in Chile, living as a nomade in Europe, I put in Stripe my Payonner Card and I activated Paypal with my Czech Republic debit card for the costumer's payments. About my address: I filled that out with a friend's address in USA (who I pretend to live with when I can get the visa). I know is messed up, that´s why I don´t know how to fix it in case thery reply with the "risky" stuff.

Sorry if my english is not perfect, as I said, I´m argentinian.

I think there's too many variables/different countries/laws involved here.

Start again, czech card and czech address (pick one, they don't check or get a post box), try and match up country/card/address rather than have them all over the world.

Or don't use Shopify or any of those sites that can taken off you. WordPress + hosting.

Oh thank you! You´re right. I´ll try in that way with the czech info. The only problem is when you have a Shopify store from a non-US country, it sets the prices in the currency of that country, thing that is not trustworthy for the costumers. I´ll update this issue if I can solve it tomorrow.
I can´t think with WordPress + hosting because I should change the whole system of dropshippings and might be a mess.
Anyways, I´ll figure it out withh a new account and also crossing fingers for a reasonable and "with solution" reply from Shopify because my store already had a lot of work on it.

That´s the problem: I don´t have enough time. Being that I´ve already learnt everything with shopify, it´d be like starting since zero. I´d do it as in ultimate instance.

You can have USD anyway.
1. Remove Shopify payments (and PayPal if you have it)
2. Change your currency to USD
3. Add Stripe payments (and PayPal again, if you want)

Voila.

It will take their support more than 4 days to activate your account again. It happened with me too when I added a VCC to pay.

One more reason why I will always stay away from shopify and stick to woocommerce only.

what data you used for stripe?
i want to know this also
