Wonderful posts..u have mentioned everything in a very lucid manner..But pls elaborate building backlinks and promotion a little more..I mean how many backlinks are needed for a newly bought domain and a money site to rank well?
Is there any tool /software that can automate the backlinking process? Do i need to use proxies? If I use manually written oroginal content (not spun), even for web2 properties will that help more to increase rank?

First of all you need a website . Then Insert the meta tags on the webpage of the website. You need fresh and Unique contents. Then make a social profile on various social sites like Facecbook,Google Plus,Twitter,Pinterest,Linkedin etc. At last perform the Off Page SEO techniques like Forum POsting,Bookmrking,Blog commenting,Yahoo Answering etc.
