Thank you for this, alongside with Yoast; I think I have a basic understand of keywords and can optimize them to a quite sufficent degree.
 
hOoo Much useful stuff you share all well there are SEO/SEM companies that offer free lessons such as the one I joined. They also offer a free software that can analyze any web page and give recommendations on improving on-page SEO. There are also networks that offer quality backlinks in exchange for articles to improve PR. You just have to do a search ("SEO").

Never seen this before, but everyone should read it.
last point is one to note - link building never stops- I think if you build a bunch of links then stop building, your site would stick out like a saw thumb.
constant velocity is very important.
