I've heard that in your h1, h2 tags...the closer your keyword is to the beginning, the better. i.e "keyword" blah,blah blah is better than blah,blah,blah "keyword"
Well, that is a very good lists of ideas for newbies... its all about hard work and of course the perseverance of researching new techniques or whatever latest in the world of SEO.
It looks like lot many things have changed after the last two google updates. We are only focusing on quality content and social media nothing else than that. May be we need to look around for new things.
Currently in the process of rebuilding / optimising a site, details about keyword density and meta keywords is helpful. As per others, thank you for putting in the effort to share your knowledge. Now just to conquer local search for a medium competition kw.
