I'm sure that most of you know about this but for those who don't know, you can now increase characters for meta description. So more Keywords can be added to the description. Thought it might help.
 
Great help to the newbies. But I think backlinking should be more emphasized for SEO.

Since I'm working on the company based website and my website are pretty ranking on the first page for most of the keywords and it seems to ranking on first page for more that one year and it rely on the 5-10 position and not going on top. let me know how to improve further and what type of methods to follow.

For SEO need to more concentrate on Content and Website Structure. One more this just follow the Google guidelines for SEO.
 
Sure its potential. PR is set by the standard of its incoming links. thus if you've got additional high PR backlinks informto 1 of your subpages, then that page will have the next PR.

You're main page is generally the best hierarchic page as a result of it's what you are doing most of your backlinking and seo for. however if you've got a subpage that is obtaining plenty of natural backlinks, and a few of them area unitfrom high pr sites then that page will get the next PR.
