Basic Hosting for wordpress blogging

Hi, I am ArMani.I am Web and Graphic designer,Wordpress Developer and Social media marketer.
So i want to start my Blog so i will provide Tutorials,write articles about Social issues so i really required Basic Hosting with cheaper rates.AND YEAH .COM DOmain with so please suggest me the Domain name and hosting provider that are cheaper and perfect !

What is "cheap" to you?

I heard NameCheap's hosting okay, although I haven't used them myself. They also provide domain names (which is what I use them for).

If that's too expensive for you, then Freehostia offers free web hosting, although your site speed will be a bit on the slow side and their paid hosting is abysmal.
