Banned in Craigslist

So the other day someone called my office and said he knows how to get us permanently banned from posting on Craigslist, and it looks like it happened.

Everything that is posted ends up being Ghosted by CL. This obviously was from a competitor. The only "violation" we were doing against their TOS was posting multiple times a day and now that we aren't posting this other guy is filling up the posts like crazy.

So my question is what are the possible ways that CL can ban you.
We tried from different IP's, new user accounts, new photobucket accounts and some how everything still seems to be linked to us and gets Ghosted.

Any other suggestions as to how we can get around this?

We actually tried it from multiple computers so I dont think cookies would be an issue.
CL shows the ads are Green and should be posted but you cant find them. And I know it has to be a physical ban by CL because that phone call, sounds like we were reported even though there are way worse spammers on their then what we were doing.

Are traffic is down 10% because of this so this is a serious issue we are trying to figure out.

Not just cookies, but also flash cookies...

What section are you posting in?

They were posting them in the furniture section.
I dont work there full time, just on the weekends doing their SEO so this is stuff they did on their own during the week. I guess they were posting all day long so yea they were spamming and I told them it will catch up to them lol, guess it did.

So now im trying to figure out exactly how CL blocked us.
Figured from the IP so we posted on a different IP and it still ghosted it. Then they created a new account and tried it and nothing. We removed all HTML just pure text and nothing. I guess because of either one thing or another CL linked the URL, the photobucket account and the user account and IP. so they instantly Ghosted anyone using anyone of those which is pretty damn strict if you ask me. Because the new user account from a different IP used an image from the original photobucket account and they banned that too.

Pretty crazy.
