    Hey guys,

As most of you know, I spend a lot of my time working with successful website owners who regularly generate $XXXX+ a month from their sites.

I've spent a lot of time with my own sites and have seen clients looking for alternatives to Adsense. Some of the reasons you may need an alternative:

    - To spread your risk from just using Adsense
    - Adsense account banned
    - Don't like Google :)
    - Testing for highest earnings

I usually recommend no more than 80% of your income from Adsense. That way, if you do have issues/get banned/earnings drop you can quickly switch to something else where you have an established account.

I've tried quite a few networks now, but media.net usually win it for me vs. others that can pay much less. It usually takes a few days to get approved and their account managers can be a bit slow but at least you speak to a human rather than Google! Tip - use the ads that look like regular navigation - always get good CTR with those!

Attached a screenshot from a dashboard - I've blanked out exact stats but you can see most of what you need.

My friend runs a site where they have great relationships with a number of networks and they are currently offering his readers 10% extra for the first 3 months working with them (media.net). You can see a little more here.

    Enjoy :)

Will they accept sites that are a little on the illegal side.

Such as tv/movie streaming sites. EDIT: see the ToS now

There's something wrong with the URL in your post

80% weighted towards Adsense is pretty aggressive, Meathead, I keep my revenue down to the low 30's usually and spread it among 8 different adsense accounts.

Thanks for the reminder about media.net as I had completely forgot about them.

A little Bing cash is nice to toss in the mix.

All different LLCs; it is all WH within the Adsense TOS but I'm pretty strong in my belief that you want to minimize risk with your revenue streams and even more so when it comes to the fickle Adsense folks.

They are as predicable as a 15 year old girl having a bad hair day.

I meant on one particular site/account. If you're spreading across multiple sites/entities then would look at it a bit differently!

Why not get another adsense? If your earnings are like -20% or lower with other network, why not get back to adsense.
You also can't be sure the other ad network will not ban your ass and acquire a new adsense account its easy or you can buy one for like $20-40.

Sometimes they will just ban the whole site, though, so that doesn't work. It's also sensible to spread earnings regardless what you are making.

What is a safe amount to earn per month to stay under the radar on each account?

    Thanks.
