I have a question.. the ones mentioned above accept even websites that have little to no traffic? ( CPAlead, SwitchAds, sovrn )

My experience with media.net has been pretty bad. Worst network I have worked with. They are running a scam more than a network. It has bad reviews all over the internet. I was getting a rpm of $2 the first week after i signed up after which it dropped to $0. Few of the people I know had a similar experience.
My traffic is 100% organic, from us and a high paying niche.
