i think your best bet right now is just to use jdownloader and download all videos
just copy the link from your channel into jdownloader and select hd version and video only
i can show u how if u need more details
then copy tags and description in an excelsheet or programm of your choice

i wouldnt recommend to buy tubesync as its 42 dollars, may be just download whole channel as cloud services expensive

this is a great idea to develop and offer a service for full backup and duplication of an entire channel includes all the videos, full video descriptions, video tags.
if in any case your channel get deleted, you can deploy the content to a new created channel with a click of a button.

Yup right it would be great if something like that can be done like integrating it with dropbox or some cloud services run it daily over VPS to save bandwidth.

as far as i know, duplicate content is flagged as one, ONLY if the content repeat itself on the same channel, if i have the same video/s uploaded to different channels it will not trigger YouTube, but if the content is TOS violating they will catch it eventually some day (but each channel will get separated treatment )
