Backpage Error Message

Hello,

I'm new to the forum and not a professional at all, so please forgive me my cluelessness
Since a few weeks I used to successfully post ads on backpage, and I also used the paid adverts there.
Since a week something changed.
First I tried to change my paid advert, but I couldn't, it showed the following error message:
"Oops, an error occurred while placing your ad. Email us at ....(support email adress, I can't post it here) for additional info. Please include the ad you're trying to place".
I wrote to the support several times, but didn't receive a reply.
In the mean time I tried various things - I changed my IP, I changed my email, I changed my text, I changed pictures - but I could not change my name and website URL in the ad....but no success. The error message still occurs.
Does anyone have a clue what to do? The best would be step-by-step instructions for dummies....

Create a new advert will be best solution.

Well, I tried that, but I had to use some words which are the same, like my name, and my website URL, but I used a different email adress and computer...and it did not work. The same error message.

You can't use .info for domains there anymore. I would make sure all links are only to a .com domain.
