Build pbn & guest post links- its index automatically if its maintained well and dont go for tier2 , tier3 links its not helpful for quick ranking & indexing

That's absolutely right, backlinks are taking more time to get themself index by Google, specially the diversity link such as web 2.0, profiles etc. So here you need a solid push of Tiered links to speed up the process.

As someone stated above, you need quality. Pick quality over quantity.
I rather have 1 high quality link from a trusted or authoritative source than 15k spammy software built ones that you'll have to disavow a week later.

They actually aren't you can try a method shared by some member about indexing them using social media.

It is hard to say without any additional details... check the quality of the article... did u build any backlinks? if so what about its quality & relevancy?

Check if there is noindex attribute there in the source of the backlink page you created.
Unique and Good content is the key for indexing, Make sure to post links on social media to get faster crawl / index.

Yes, sharing posts and getting more links to that page may help, in Indexing, what I have seen in the past.
The easiest way to index backlinks is share that website's link on social media with your audience, Once you get started traffic from that link google will start crawling your page, or you can submit URLs to Google Search Console (Google Webmaster Tool).
