Backlink analysis tool?

Is there any backlink analysis tool with the following features:
I can add my own list of backlinks and the tool
1- determine the bad links from good ones for a moneysite, for example: can find the comment links or any other type of links that are not necessary for a moneysite.

2- can determine the backlinks with not human readable contents.

3- can compare the links to find the links with duplicate contents.

Please let me know the best tool out there.

May be these features are not available. But Ahref can be use for back links analysis.
