Hey guys,

Doing IT related work since 2007 and print-on-demand since 2014.
You know this is a kind of sitting job. Now I've severe back pain.
Badly need to change this design sector. I have experience in Graphic & Web Design, Crypto Trading, Email Marketing, PPC Advertising etc.
Want to make a business asset for the future and has potential, so what should be the best for me?
Email Marketing or anything else?
Suggestions pls...

If you are working from home use a Wedge pillow and a slanted laptop table.

If the above is your issue, then you have not taken adequate precautions to avoid a back pain arising from too much of sitting. I am into internet marketing since almost 10 years, sitting atleast a total of 10 to 12 hours a day and I do not have any back pain. You need to take breaks and also integrate a daily exercise routine into your day to day lifestyle. Additionally, also the way you sleep (position), height of the pillow, etc also do matter. Food and nutrition also do matter.
For any severe / persistent back pain, it is better to consult a relevant medical expert (doctor), example : chiropractic doctors do the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of the musculoskeletal system, especially of the spine.

I used to be a personal and I suggest finding a bunch of lower back and leg stretches. This is the common cause that I've seen and fixed with stretching

is it your lower back or more your posture?

Thank you. Yes, I've already consulted with a doc, but nothing helps. Also, that's true I should be more careful, but now its too late.

lower back actually.

ah yes, sounds like tight muscles to me. I would suggest stretching your hamstrings, quads, hip flexors, and of course your lower back...

these are all stretches I would perform with my clients. https://www.healthline.com/health/lower-back-stretches#knee-to-chest
perform these multiple times a week with rest days in between/
start with stretches and after a couple months move to stretches and yoga

I also suggest yoga to strengthen your abs (opposing muscle group) and it's also good for just about everything

You need one of these:

It pays off in the long run.
