So I have been out of this for a while but with all the SMMA stuff and ecomm showing up I think it is a good time for ORM and Social Media Management services.

I am going to start by scraping local businesses with bad listing on gmaps and yelp advertised listings. Any advice on finding clients? I can do cold calling well and the sales process (shout out to the straight line system) but my problem is finding the people who I should cold call to begin with.

Mainly was going to target spa's, jewelers, tattoo artists.

I wouldn't limit myself to ONLY bad listings. Sometimes they're bad because they simply don't give a fuck, while the ones with good ratings, want to remain on top!

I had some success in ORM but left it for another business. I'm going to get back into it as well. My goal is to create a performance based service with a small start up fee. I don't want to charge like the SEO scammers. I just need to determine how much is a real positive review from their customers worth to them. Also, what type of upsells can I offer.
