i just wanna know if this gonna work or not and if not then why and how can i make it possible, so the thing is what if i develop a simple app and install it manually on 100s of phones ( real random people phones) and app will not show any logo or anything on home screen but app will keep running in background and keep showing ads to phone user after every 5 hour … is this possible to make money by this method from admob?

No, it won't work as you expected... To use Admob you first need the app to be listed on the Play Store, But for Play Store app approval they will verify the app. If you are going to show them a hidden app they will reject it and high chance for getting banned from your Play Store developer account. If you using any 3rd party advertising I'm not sure they will accept it at your own risk.
Even nowadays phones will ask permission to allow apps to run background. Also, some brands' mobiles auto-end the background running apps and it starts at the time of app reopens. In your case if your app auto ends on that mobile then there is no way to open the app again. So it's not a recommended and legit way to earn.

I dont think you have to publish your app to playstore to use admob.

Yes you do. downloads must come from verified app stores for it to show live ads. they are not idiots.

This is an old blackhat application tactic. There were people who earned thousands of dollars with this method in the past. However, I do not think it is possible to do this anymore. Because there have been serious changes on the admob side and it is not possible to show ads in an application that has not been published and verified on google play.
Im sure there is some loophole bro, i visited a warehouse few weeks ago and that warehouse was for refurbished phones and the employee told me that 20% of android people return is just bc of these kinda apps that keep showing them ads and people get frustrated and rather fixing they just return it, so there is something that we all dont know and thats what im trying to figure out
Many people made thousands of dollars from this loophole in the past. Now I see it's no longer possible from the AdMob app.

Hey, I had the same issues with admob but I have discovered Mondiad ( they have SDK for android apps ) and they have push notification apps.
I am in a beta testing program for now. Do you guys also have other apps?

This worked in the past (around 3-4 years ago) but since the release of the latest Android versions things got much harder. There is much more control and safety.
Usually, you would have a normal popular app and once the user opens it, it would change the app icon to a transparent one, so they can't really see it anymore. Then you would add mediation like Appodeal for ads mediation, not only rely on Admob only.
