B2C email marketing performance

Hello! Is there any B2C email marketing expert here? I've been trying to nurture my leads through email marketing through various ways like sending, updates, promotions, and newsletters to our lead list, but the conversion rate is still worse. What is it that I might be missing cause I know i've my USPs all clear, i know the segments are also right. The only doubt I have is in my content. I'm using images and links to video url and landing page in my email template, so this might be a problem too. Are there any other things that I might be overlooking or I don't have the knowledge about?

Have you warmed your account sufficiently and using proper IP etc.? Simply asking as you did not specify

Also the quality of your leads is obviously significant too

What is the open rate you are getting? Also I would recommend that you observe the timing when you send your campaigns.
 
You're hitting a common wall. Your hunch about content is probably right. Big images and lots of external links (video, landing page) can hurt your email's chances of actually getting seen in the main inbox, or just make it feel like too much work for the reader.
