B2B Database lead vendors - need recommendations

Launching a massive email marketing campaign soon, after having exhausted our existing client database.

Are there any reputable lead companies out there? They either charge an arm and a leg, or seem sketchy AF. Need US business leads with email addresses

long term you'll go better with some custom lead generation software like @dreadpixel is selling than buying outdated lists. I'm using his link&grow tool for example and its a blessing.
