Awesome Task Organizer app, need ratings plus ASO help

Hi!
I am looking to buy about 10 ratings of 5 stars for my app at the Google android Playstore marketplace. It already has about 25 ratings of around 4 star.

I have built a Personal task organization app and been giving it away for many months but its been hard to get found with so many apps out there. But it is a VERY unique approach for harnessing the phone/device contact list and providing a way to organize our personal tasks around a Person centered approach. No other apps are doing this and this approach means much better personal organization and efficiency.

The main customers are;
client managers
salesmen
teachers or people who operate groups
mothers of 3 kids or more

The areas I need help with are;
10 or more ratings of 5 stars (reviews not really needed)
ASO - using keywords that would help reach the prime target market.
Using the same keywords throughout my website.
Improving the user education factor, so that people can easily understand what the app does.
