Aweber or Mailchimp or Get Respone? Any advice?

It seems like these 3 are the most popular autoresponders on the forum. From what I can tell, Aweber seems to be a favorite because of it's segmenting, but it seems really expensive.

Anyone out there have a clear cut preference? Or are there other services out there I should consider?
** I also may not be using the term "autoresponder" exactly correct - because I'd like to also build my list and send emails to the list when I choose.

Get interspire on your domain and register for Mandrill or sendgrid pay-as-you-go plan....

Sendgrid is cheaper but mandrill provides easy dkim, spf and a much more....
My vote will be for mandrill

But if you spam a lot, in no time you will be banned
