Update February 2017​
  • I've include a few more advanced strategies on finding previously banned members and duplicate account owners.
  • I've expanded upon a few of the other sections.
  • I've gone into greater detail about finding someone's online history.
  • I added another way to find previously banned members who use Skype IDs with periods.
  • I've included a report format for those of you who have been sending in reports.
  • Spelling and grammar errors (Hey, I'm not perfect).
  • A couple of broken image links have been fixed.
  • An example breadcrumb was added.
  • I've added a real life example of a previously banned member to better illustrate some of the methods.
 
This is my fast experience about the Blackhatworld forum, I have read this post and get more information about the forum.

  • The new method is accompanied by several screenshots.
  • I made a few minor changes to the main post.
  • I added a "Recent Scams" section.

Update May 2017​
  • A trick where a member pretends to ask a question to sell an account has been added to the "Recent scams" section.
  • I've added a new tactic previously banned members are using to circumvent the blacklist filter to the "Recent scams" section.
  • I've added a survey scam I've been seeing around the forum lately to the "Recent scams" section.
  • I've added that $100/day e-book BS to the "Recent scams" section.
  • A new section called "Doing Business In The Marketplace" has been added. I still need to add more content to it.
I'm looking into cleaning up the thread to make it easier to read. I'll probably get around to it later this month.

I have read the whole post & it's great of course but what can I really do If I want to sell something but can't afford the marketplace membership to post in the marketplace thread ?
I'm not a US citizen as well, I'm from Egypt and not everybody here can afford $400+ !

Only the Marketplace Seller upgrade is $499.99.

You can simply wait until you have $100 posts, upgrade your account for $97, and pay an additional $30 to list your marketplace thread ($127.00 total; after it's reviewed, of course).

If you can't afford $127.00, you can't open a marketplace thread.

I understand, but what can I do if I can't afford the membership and need to sell something to get money then buy a marketplace membership or even a Jr. VIP ?

If somebody is looking for whatever you offer in the Hire A Freelancer or Want To Buy sections, you can do it there. But you can't bump old threads, spam, or break any of the other forum rules in that section.
 
Great guide. This was my only concern on BHW, but it'd really help in the future where I will be getting deals.
 
Update June 2017​

There's a group of Vietnamese scammers who have been targeting the forum for the last month now. They almost always use the same old "Tran" or "Cho" usernames, though you'll also see them do the following:
  • iTrader reviewing each other.
  • Pretending to be buyers on the main account's thread.
  • Posting threads about "Succeeding" with Adwords
A good majority of the time, they'll start threads that say something along the lines of the quote below
hi you guys,
i just sign up google adwords Invoice account succeed :p
that's great , anyone interesting it :D

Don't be like the idiot in the screenshot below and try to do business with them. They've already made numerous attempts to scam the members here.

Update July 2017​

As many of you already know, the Hire a Freelancer and Want to Buy sections have been updated. To summarise, non-Jr. VIPs are no longer allowed to respond to threads in those sections, but they can still create their own threads. For more information, refer to the threads below.
Since this update, I've noticed more members posting their Skype IDs in their opening posts. I'd just like to remind everyone that while there's no rule against posting your Skype ID in your Hire A Freelancer thread, I'd advise you not to post your Skype ID in public for two reasons.
  1. Anyone can contact you, including the horde of desperate scammers who stalk those sections.
  2. You're bound to get unwanted requested for years to come. I've even seen members report their posts years later because of all of the unsolicited requests they were getting.
  3. In addition to reason #1, there have been people on Skype who have posed as reputable members of the forum.
If you need to do business over Skype, wait for someone to send you a PM with their Skype ID or send them your Skype ID over PM.

If you're not sure if you're dealing with an imposter account, simply visit a member's profile, take note of their location, and use a Skype IP Resolver on the Skype ID. If the location is different, avoid doing business with them.
