Avoiding Instagram trash reseting following.

Since a few weeks ago I've noticed a drop in my followers daily gain and I just detected the error.

There's thousands of users reseting themselves on popular accounts, I just went manually and around 60 out of 200 are spamming themselves following and unfollowing the same users I'm getting the same followers from. So there's like a 25%-30% percent less daily gain because of this. ALL of them have around 10k followers with less than 1k following. And a very low engagement in all their photos.

Does anyone here have any experience avoiding this kind of people? I was gaining around 250 followers a day, now I struggle between 160-180 in my main account.

I'm using follow-liker.

Also I just checked on Twitter because no one does this there, is called following churn and is banned there, Instagram really needs to ban this too. Is getting out of control there.
