What I was saying OP, it's not as simple as using another gateway and then you're scot free.
kvmcable, Damn it's totally crazy to hear about all the b.s. you went through! Then saw someone close to you go through about the same thing. Just goes to show how easily anyone can be taken down through the tax department.
Sounds like you're working out of the strangle hold. I wish you the best in getting past all of that issue.
Thanks for the critical points made! Serious motivation to work my way off of the treadmill also.
zebrahat, just the other day I heard of someone driving in Canada without all types of "enforced" paperwork: registration, drivers license, insurance, license plate etc. They were stopped by an officer for not having the correct license plate on his car. From my understanding the driver was claiming to be a "sovereign citizen" and gave the officer a handful of documents stating this and how he could not be legally charged or ticketed for not having the "enforced" paperwork. Anyway, to make things short, the officer looked into his statement, documents, etc. and confirmed it through someone by radio and then allowed the driver to continue on his way.
Is this claiming individual sovereignty and what you are talking about the same general idea?
Does anyone in the US currently make all deposits to only be "redeemed by lawful money"?
i.e. Lawful Money = United States Notes; Not ?Federal Reserve Notes?
It appears many use this to help with their tax situation. However there is a more significant benefit which is removing fiat currency power from the federal reserve bank (a bank which is privately owned and controlled for private profit).
For many people this is not about avoiding responsibility (i.e. taxes), but rather being more responsible.
