Avoiding Govnerment Tax????

Hey forum, lets assume I run a site with a payment gateway[Paypal Pro Gateway] and an option to pay with regular paypal.

The money is stored in my Paypal.

Is there an offshore account I can open and store the money into, and have them send me a debit card as well?

Or if I transfered a large sum, lets say 7 digits from offshore to American bank, will the govt want to take a piece?

I sincerely do not want to give the govt any of my money.

So offshore banking?

Technically, any site making money through Paypal going to an offshore account isnt even a business correct?

Please explain the legality forum.

The way I see it, if you earn a reasonable amount of money, tax is small price to pay - and you are indirectly helping the less fortunate by paying your taxes.

If you earn a massive amount, pay a good accountant to get you some tax relief

I think we all get the idea that getting caught not paying your taxes is a really bad idea. But this is a black hat forum. I would think this is something everyone would be interested in talking about, even if the conversation is on a theoretical level.

When I daydream about where my IM career might take me, I imagine myself moving to a warm and far-away country with beautiful women and no taxes. However, I don't imagine giving up my US citizenship, which means something to me. And cannot help but think that others not only want this, but have also done it.

We hear all these stories about "tax shelters" and the low/no taxes in Bermuda, etc... but that is for large, multi-national corporations. What about internet businesses to do their business online?

If you have a company based within the UK you can avoid paying corporation taxes, if you are a director you'll get paid based on your shares and your shareholders agreement, hence you will not be paying any taxes on your income.
If you want to learn more about this, simply pay an accountant, the procedure is 100% legal until they decide to change the law, which I really dont think it'll happen anytime soon.
Giants like facebook or starbucks benefit from this method within the UK, along with many other companies.

Hmmm, Paypal is an EU based bank. Your transactions will be transparent, so there is no way to 'hide' anything since your name is connected to PP.

I'm not saying this to be disparaging or pejorative but this is one of the most naive things I have ever read in my entire life.

The moment you get audited (and you will get audited) go ahead and explain to the IRS that you shouldn't have to pay taxes unless you're "working at a job". I'm sure they'll just let it slide, I hear the IRS allows do-overs.

Ok. I want to humbly apologize for sounding and being an arrogant ass. Working on my project and not getting ass lately is the cause.

And also. Remember, this is more of a, personal website. 'm not sure if any personal website make millions without forming into companies or hiring employess.. now that i think of it, i may do that, or am not sure if i will need to, however, assuming its all just me and a partner or two, and its just a personal website banking it through paypal and offshore banks, taxes or no taxes?

Perhaps there are other payment gateways, authorizenet or some other shit that may not inform?

However, if there is no payment gateway or whatever, than I guess I will pay taxes.

Ive always known Paypal awares the tax guys, however, just thought it would work.

And yea, the fact that you can go to prison for decades for tax evasion, shows me what kind of prison world this is. Always an "upper hand" that "we" put in power b**fu**g us, and you guys gladly taking it.
