Best tool 2020 for automating web 2.0 site creation? Also does web2.0 method still work and how much link building is required to get it ranked?

You have: Rankerx, GSASER + SERE or SEOAUTOPILOT.
Web 2.0 for MoneySite ?, I don't recommend it.

But the main problem is indexing, it is useless to create thousands of links if they are not detected and there it will depend on the sites where you make those links, both Rankerx and SEOAUTOPILOT already come predefined sites = spam, GSASER + SERE you can create your own engines, a better choice.

RankerX, they update their list constantly and fix broken sites. Just make sure to use your own emails, the ones they provide usually result in your web 2.0s being taken down due to spam
