can someone give me information on how to create an automated anime streaming site. if there is a place where i can find the plugins for free or paid or what i need to learn to create this plugin and is it actually possible to create an automated website ?.
something like this one i think its automated because not a single human can upload new animes this fast

I could see copyright being a huge issue here.. You're probably going to need to either mirror content from other sites(in order to avoid hosting copyright content yourself) or, have a solid off-shore host that will tell the .gov to go fk themselves when they come knocking.

PHP scripts to automatically download new video's from pre-selected sites/providers to your server are pretty efficient. I use one for porn redistribution, can download and reupload approx 500 video's a day(typical webhosts will have an issue with this as well, bandwidth restrictions etc). Good luck! I don't think gogoanime is an automated system, but instead a community of people getting paid to work the website.
There could be a way to get existing content, but adding new released episodes is where it gets tricky, it definitely isn't cheap or easy, but it might be doable
 
New episodes are no harder than old episodes - just have to scrape from a site like funimation. Online anime/jdrama/kdrama streaming sites are pretty saturated now - a reliable mobile app/webapp would be a good concept
 
You can index all the pages and content of gogoanime.io as well as their videos. I'm sure they don't host their videos, so they wouldn't be able to block you at some point.
 
Thank you all i think i got the idea but is there any automated php script that i can find online and is it hard to make it if i get good at PHP ?
how long time can it take and so on

It would be fast if you are so good in PHP.
 
You can try 123tsreamcms. They have automated anime script. It's not perfect but works for me
