Autoblogged Configuration

Ive started to test out the Autoblogged plug-in for wordpress and Im running into some problems setting it up. Or course Ive tried the Autoblogged support and its been days and 3 requests and they havent gotten back to me.

Dont get me wrong, Autoblogged seems so far to be a good product, they just dont have any support. The threads here about the Autoblogged product are 100 times better than on the product forumn.

Here are the problems Im finding:

1- Post templates - Ive tried using %content% which pulls the whole feed and this works OK but I want more control over what parts of the feed show up. Does anyone have any sample post templates for Autoblogged they care to post here?

2- This is my BIGGEST problem . Im testing this on a Thesis wordpress theme and every time I use Autoblogged for some reason it creates a Custom Field in the post editor of the Thesis theme that says:

Name = Image
Value = <img src="http://xxx.myurl.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/08b71cc662122650.png.png" />

This custom field somehow is messing with the multimedia box on the post page because on the post page I get :

Warning: getimagesize(<img src="http://xxx.myurl.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/08b71cc662122650.png.png" />) [function.getimagesize]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/xyx/public_html/wp-content/themes/thesis_151/lib/functions/multimedia_box.php on line 158

Because of this issue I cannot autoblog.

Has anyone seen this issue with Autoblogged?

3- Post Author - My last issue with Autoblogged is that I cannot get it to use the author of the post in the feed and get it to show up. Ive tried it a few different ways and cant make it work.

If anyone can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

Its an image that is being pulled in by autoblogged (the plug-in) into the post via the RSS feed.
