Is there any software that automatically solves the captchas and downloads the files from file sharing sites after periodic intervals throughout the day?

Well do you ask for GUI app or not?

If you want something hidden in background you have to use deathbycaptcha or similar API service to solve it.

Check also cryptload.
 
To clear out some doubts - I am not looking for "Internet Download Manager" like stuffs! I am looking for a software or a program that will continuously download the files by solving the captchas! The frequency of automatic downloads will be set by me!
