Is there any way to auto comment on posts in a particular subreddit? I’m not a mod of the sub. I’m just a normal member so how can I do it?

If you are not a MOD so you can not use automod functionality and then you must build some program that watches the subreddit posts filtered by now for each x minutes or hour.
This way - you can comment on certain sub else i do not think there is any straight forward way.

Learn python, or hire someone to do that.
This isnt something which is very difficult.
All you need a bot which is running 24/7 tracking new posts.
Post in HAF section here and pretty sure you will get members who can build that for you.

Yes, learn python and create a custom bot for this job or hire some one to do that.

sounds like a job for a bot. rather than getting one done, i would suggest buying a premade one, infinitely cheaper and should still work for this. that said, if you do it with 1 account, always the same message, you will get banned quickly. use multiple accounts and a complex spintax for better chances. and that's only if your sub is very relaxed in moderation; in any sub that actually has moderation, i don't think you can pull this off automatically.

Anything more than a few days old might last a tiny bit longer but if you’re auto-commenting on every post in a sub you don’t moderate those accounts are going to get banned. The links will probably get blacklisted from Reddit as well.

You can use zennoposter to make such a bot if you dont know python etc.
