Authority Domain

Hello my fellow blackhatters,

I have found a domain with links from top authority websites and metrics are really good, backlinks from multiple authority websites and everything is clean. Looks like another startup that bites the dust. It still has few pages indexed, ahrefs shows

RD=65
Blinks= 255
organic traffic= 558
Traffic value= 2.7K
90+ organic keywords

DAmoz= 25
PAmoz= 35
TF= 19
RD=44
BL=119

A twitter account which has not been updated since April 2017 not so engaging account and a famous GURUtard following that account. They also have an android app with <50 reviews.

So my question is before registering i would like to check if there are any trademark issues involved with it or not. If anyone can guide me in the right direction it would be great.

Just register it if it's cheap and then worry before someone else sneaks it.

Trademark is usually in the name itself, see if the name belongs to any company or brand.

Didn't find a company or brand with that name on google. Anyway i registered it although it was not cheap but i managed a discount with honey chrome extension.
