So I upgrade my Astra pro account to mini agency bundle. No one wants to buy template based websites now a days. Most of the clients wants customized website which you can build without Astra pro agency templates.
So I want to go back / downgrade to Astra pro plan as my renewal date is due in 2 week. This is the response I got from astra :
Regretfully, it's not possible to downgrade your license from a higher plan to a lower one.
Do you want me to cancel an automatic subscription so that you aren't charged for this plan for the following year?
You will need to make a new purchase, get new license keys and you will need to replace those license keys manually on existing websites.
Are you fcuking kidding me? I am paying full license fee. These mfs deserve their themes to be nulled and template distributed for free. I now fully understand what fastinger and others are doing.
