Is it possible to create something like bitcoin? What really do we need? What investment do we need? How much does it cost?

Yep, pretty easy really. Several coin ecosystems have set up tools to allow anyone to easily create their own coin. The difficult part is actually doing anything with the coin. You can't just easily get it onto a major exchange or anything like that. Honestly, the coin market is way over saturated right now with more than 2000 coins. Check out coinmarketcap dot com to see them all.

Also possible to create coin with Waves. It will cost as I remember just 1 Wave (about 2.5$). But the best tokens are on Ethereum network, but you need to program something.
