The saying walk before you run comes to mind. Best thing you can do at the moment is write decent content, build up your social profiles and generate some back links. Give it a few months of doing that every day and you may have traffic, depending on what niche you are targeting. Then and only then can you start to look at monetizing them.
Can you give me example? I just wondering what is niche and back links.

Do some keyword research and look for keywords including the word "best", "review", "buy", etc. Then install WordPress and publish posts using the keywords you found. Then build backlinks to your site.
You have a lot to learn dude, so get started learning. If you can't use BHW, start with Niche Pursuits.

What did you think about earn money before buy domain and hosting ? do you already have something in mind ?
ok here is my suggestion not sure if its work for you. According to me we can earn money only by ad-sense and you can also promote some external networks offers like CPA , PPC , PPV but what you have to do first
- Select your blog niche ( It will be backbone of your blog )
- New and fresh contents
- Try to make atleast a post daily or more if possible
- Track analytics of blog , if you are not getting enough visitor as per your target then try to add some more niche
But its really not that easy to earn money by blog ,Not sure if its work for you

You need to find something that you know well, or that you may read about, AND that is directed to 30+ age, form Europe and/or America.
The niche should not be very competitive, and the amount of content that you add mus be directly proportional to how competitive is the niche.
If you write about Feroe Islands, maybe a few pages do the job, if you write about Rome you will have to write a so many posts (a book in fact!) and get millions of backlinks ha ha
