have you had any trouble opening new accounts for clients lately ? couple of months ago i got hit with 4 suspensions for suspicious payments the second the account is open only to be solved by appeals to google for 3 out of 4 the last one always got rejected

I love SKAG's campaign. Why?
1. Easy to optimize.
2. Easy to know what performs better.
3. Time saving at a later stage.

What's not good about it?
Setting up this campaign type is really time consuming but if you are good with the excel and editor, you can save some part.

I've also tried that in the past but it seems every time i remove a keyword from an adgroup, it starts to underperform.

When you use SKAG's do you remove the keyword from other adgroups?

Yes, if any keyword doesn't perform, we need to remove and if in case that keyword gave highest number of traffic, then the result drop immediately.

Hi, the other search term of my accont spend too much. I looked back. Everytime the other search terms spend more than search terms. The cpc is high. And the other search terms always spend much now. Can I optimize this? What should I do？Thank you so much.
 
here is a tricky one why does a landing page template gets me landing page experience above average while using the same template on a different keyword i get below average ? only change is keyword swapping also outside of the usual stuff to improve landing page experience what are some tips you have for us ?

do you think keyword stuffing still works in 2022 for landing page experience ?

I apologize in advance for how newbish and verbose the following questions are:

For context:
I run a local company that sells intangible products over the phone. I rely entirely on leads to make sales. I run lots of Facebook ads and buy leads from lead vendors. One of those vendors sells leads generated by Google Ads and sells them to me at cost for under $8 per lead. So clearly he is getting really low CPCs and he's converting those into leads on a landing page that gets NAP info.

I'd like to out out the middle man and run those ads myself so I can have access to the leads immediately after they are generated and import them into my CRM and start firing my automations at them immediately. Unfortunately he refuses to sell me training on how to duplicate what he's doing even if I agree to sign a NDA and no compete.

So I'm left to figure this all out myself.

The QUESTIONS:
  1. I need to drive cheap LOCAL Google traffic to a landing page that converts the traffic into leads. What is the absolute best way to go about doing this? Any pointers?
  2. Is there an effective way to spy on the ads he's running? I've tried an ad spy service before (SE Ranking) but it only ever found ads being ran by big nation wide companies that are just blowing tons of money on brand awareness and don't care about ROIs. It couldn't/didn't show me any small time ads being ran by local businesses.

Dude, he is making money, he won't give you "training".
If you want to cut him, you better be ready to pay thousands to the guy. That's just how business works.

Please excuse my sincerity, but it's a little greedy in my opinion, because you don't know how much he spent to have those results and how much effort puts into optimizing them.
Anyway is your call. If I were you, I would study the way he does and I would do something not totally, but very different than he does to add customers, not to steal the ones he brings in.
After all, you want to grow the business, not cut costs I guess.
