For my answer, I assume you are a proxy company client.
Here are my recommendations for a few different ways to lower the latency.
-You can spin up a server on AWS, select the location as the USA, and try to do it as close as possible to the server you are querying in the USA. The fewer hops between your query and the Proxy, the faster this response time will be.
-Ask your proxy provider if they can provide you with an API Call/Functionality to route your requests directly to their relevant server.
-If you are running a script locally/on your PC, you must move closer to the proxy providers' servers to achieve this.
-Try other proxy companies to compare and see if they have faster speeds.

To answer this, I need to know what you mean by saying "IP Checker"?
Maybe you want a Port Scanner, Fraud Checker, ASN Checker, Trace-Route Checker, etc

Depending on the number of IPs you need, you have a few options
-You can just spin up more servers to get more unique IPs
-You can reach out to the hosting company and ask to rent more on a monthly basis; they charge about $1 per IP.
-If you need a significant amount, you need to rent these in bulk from hosting companies, and you will need to announce the IPs on your data center/host.

I can't help with this, only Proxies.
Many proxy users incorrectly think the IP score is the most important thing. I recommend you focus on the success rate.
IPQUALITYSCORE is a leader in this industry.
You need a solid host, bulk purchase DC IPs from your host or another supplier, and then develop a platform to route requests via the proxy.
You will also need to build an API if you want flexibility.
how do I make IPV4 proxies? I need a lot of them like 3000-10000+ proxies to use on a monthly basis and would like to find a way to create them without having to pay a proxy provider thousands per month to have access to these proxies. I need https ipv4 residential proxies preferably

I am looking to resell proxies I reached out to many providers in the past but none of them seems to fit my needs.
So i would just stick to selling proxies per gb, (tho i wanted to sell unlimited bandwith). but I need rotating residential proxies highest quality for cheapest price possible if there is any provider like that and anyone knows please let me know, thanks.
though, I was using packetstream before and it was okay, If there is some other provider like this lmk, I don't want to resell packetstream for some reasons anymore.
