How to deal with copyright strikes? and eventually not getting account termination?

I have tons of my own gameplay record video (Xcom2, League of Legends, Dark Souls3)
They look a bit charming to me in my view but they don't have my voice, fancy annotation, and my face
I have been thinking of starting personal gaming channel like this : https://www.youtube.com/user/deathmule
But I haven't started yet (I have to define my concept, Do some video editing, etc)
My question is what's your opinion about starting gaming channel as a total newbie? (who has 0 subscribers, no voice, face, only game plays)
Does it have zero success rate? Will my channel never grow beyond 10000 subscribers?

After 3 months work on youtube i started to gain ~30k views in 48 Hours. I work Hard and i post my own videos. I think im doing well. I dont buy anything or use any service. So i just want you to ask for Advice Tip or someting usefull for me in the Future... Thanks!

Hi!
My YouTube channel got terminated 2 days ago and today they terminated my other channel as well.
Both on different gmails but same adsense.
On the first termination they said this;

"You agree not to use or launch any automated system, including without limitation, "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," that accesses the Website in a manner that sends more request messages to the YouTube servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional on-line web browser."
I have never used any of these maybe someone sent fake views to me?
But why did my other channel get terminated as well?
Can I still use my adsense?

I have a 5 months old youtube channel and 5 days back I uploaded a copyrighted video monetized by me, it was related to spiritual talk.
It was going very well , in 5 days I got 45000 views in that video. But today when I saw my channel on my account it was nowhere. My channel was deleted or terminated without any notification. There were no mails from youtube.
Please let me know the reasons behind it. This is the first time I am experiencing something like this with youtube.

That you for replying i wanted to know where to get a YouTube bot that comments on a certain section and will say hey go check this guy out like you understand me and it will like its own comment 20 times with 20 different accounts because im willing to pay a good amount of $$ for one

A - No, People have a misconception that - "Let me just delete the video, the copyright strike will go away", then nah. It will still be there so its of no use. After 1-3 months your strike will be removed so yes you can monetize your original video then.↑
If I have copyright videos on my channel just to get subs then after few months I stop , and upload my stuff can I monetize? OR I will ermanently have monetisation disabled? Goal is to gain subs from copyright videos then stop and monetize with good content . Will this work ? Or when channel gets monetisation disabled is perm ?
I curently made 24k subs with this but I dont know if I stop I will get my monetisation enabled, dont have any strikes , but every video is Copyright ! What do you think ?
A- You have an option to monetize every single video, so when you upload your own video you can enable its monetization and you won't get any strike if its your own. But if you become greedy about previews videos that - "Hey I am getting lot of views on old copyrighted videos so let me monetize it and make money" then do it on your own risk.
But you can monetize new own videos, its not a problem
In response to this I must say that monetisation is disabled because I have too many copyright videos , so the question is , if I delete or stop upload copyright videos, will the monetisation be enabled?

A- Yep, you can buy G+ followers. The SEO didn't change, the update is to reduce spam so beware with your spammy links in descriptions.
A- Yes you will get banned, but again depends on stupid and cheap service that is. How to prevent it? well inform YT support once about it just on safer side and it would be better if you ask them too since after new updates.

A- Because your account must have been already under suspended list, so its not possible for you to comment from that acc anymore. Usually they warn you before doing that also you must be just copy-pasting same comment, again and again which is foolish if you do that.

Your second channel was suspended coz once your Adsense is banned, its banned for life like stupid paypal account and issues. So you using the same on other channel was not a good idea, you should have deactivated it that day itself.
A- They updated the new policy this November so it was the wrong time you choose to do that. They are not notifying anyone regarding that although usually they do give a strike and mail you but still contact YT support once.
A- I don't promote any service or recommend any since I don't want to get blamed for others irresponsibility. But yes there are bots for it. Won't be cheap though

I have a bit confusing youtube earning question that hasn't been answered till now .
Previous month my youtube earning from my 3 channels was around $200 but when I checked my adsense payments it shows $420 total earning from youtube, the payment has been sent to me.
Now I am not able to figure out from where I got extra $220 from youtube. I already checked the earnings manually from all three accounts .
Please let me know if you have the answer.

I have always been fascinated with the idea of earning money from YouTube as it's possible to make your income automatic from it.
Last two months I have been putting an extra interest in it and decided to make my own channel and go for it.
The niche I'm in is kind of Top 10 videos, compilations and such. I find a subject I find interesting, get a few clips/pictures and add commentary to it.
Started out a month ago and right now have 450 subscribers and 50-60 thousand organic views, most of which I have gained in the last two weeks.
Spent 70 dollars on HR views and Likes to boost them up which I have sinced gained back from AdSense money. Really want to make this happen
so ready to give it all I got! All my spare time goes to researching and making videos.
I do have some questions about how certain videos manage to blow up. Specifically one channel making similar videos to me seem to gain
a impossible amount of views on some of his videos (9 million in 4-5 days).
Working a lot with SEO in form of Title, copying trending videos keywords, long relevant descriptions and catchy thumbnails.
I once literally did the same kind of video as him, copied his keywords, description, made a super similar thumbnail and boosted it with 10k HR views. Mine stopped at 11k, his? 2.7 million.
When I buy views for my videos I often get between 4-5k, is it too little? Should I boost it even higher?
Thinking of trying the Unlisted method which I first heard about today on this forum.
Would it be possible for me to PM you and show you the video I'm referring to?
I feel like he is doing some sort of shady business with buying views or such but the amount of views he's getting on videos that aren't even that
relevant anymore is beyond me.
TL;DR:

You mentioned getting $$ back from adsense. Do you keep ads enabled while on HR views?
if so which service do you use
All the moneys I got back from AdSense have been from the organic, real views. Having AdSense on when getting HR views will NOT gain you any money.
I do have Ads enabled when boosting with HR views, guess there is a small risk to it but people say it's usually safe with HR views.
I am using Claim Social Authority. Keep in mind that I have only bought 35k views from them so I can not vouch for how good they are as it is the first
Social Panel I use. Never had any problems with Monetization though.
The reason that I have it monetized when boosting with HR views is that I had 3 videos which I waited until the views were done (1-2 days) and they all
got stuck Under Review when I tried to monetize. Been like that for 1.5 weeks now and no help from YouTube. Sad part is that one of those videos
took off and is at 27k views now but 0 $$ *sadface*
