What I have yet to figure out about youtube is how are all of the people behind these channels finding the content, especially if they did not create it themselves? More so for new tech channels. I have been researching this for days and keep coming up empty.

yes but channel monetization must be already enabled
how many as you want but if one account banned all can get demonetized.

What are the best ways to advertise an YouTube video or channel ?
1) Ad networks like Exoclick, Popads, Propeller ads are good to advertise? Or will they harm ?
2) I have a website with good traffic. Redirecting the domain to the channel while the site is under maintenance is acceptable?
3) What are the best ways in 2019 to get views/subs that are acceptable by YouTube before Monetized for a new channel?
4) Any PBN/backlinks will help the video/channel to rank better?

1) dont really like these services to be honest but thats just my opinion
2) should not be a problem if its redirecting channel and not a video
3) post very long videos with good content. dont need lot views to get 4K watchtime with long videos, and 1K subs is easy to reach
