you cant restore a disable monetization channel. even if you reapply no answer for a year lol

1) dont really like these services to be honest but thats just my opinion

2) should not be a problem if its redirecting channel and not a video

3) post very long videos with good content. dont need lot views to get 4K watchtime with long videos, and 1K subs is easy to reach
