Yep, there are VCC’s that support Spotify. You should look for cards with 3D-Secure support (in case Spotify will require confirmation code for payment) or ones for universal purposes. Virtual cards focused on payments for advertising may work as well, yet such cards usually have restrictions on merchant codes (MCC), so your card might be blocked if you try to make a purchase

IMO, the best “free” VCC creation methods are Oxygen, Revolut, and Privacy. You can also sign up for Chime and Robinhood, which will send you a physical card, and then allow you to reorder unlimited replacement cards FREE..

Sure, these solutions may work as well, yet there are restrictions like availability for non-US citizens and limitations for top-up options, as such services rarely accept crypto.

I am yet to find a vcc with an EU bin on the forums. Majority if not all have USA bins. If you can put me in touch with a EU vcc, that would be great. As long it’s not a mainstream bank/moneytransfer platform like revolut.

Any promotion outside the Marketplace section is prohibited, BUT we know for sure that there are VCC providers with EU BINs in the Marketplace section of the forum
Most (if not all) VCC providers have a list of restricted merchant codes (MCC) and countries, where VCC will not work. You should check that list before purchasing any virtual payment card, friend

For certain VCCs, it only needs to input random personal information, and the payment can be processed successfully. However, for other VCCs, this method is not effective and it's unclear why.

Do you include address and ZIP code in "personal information" term? As this is as important as the name on the card, even more than that
Why sometimes random names and addresses do not work? First, about the address. If you are using US card, you should use US address when making the payment, some random may work, but it is better to use ones provided with the card, if there are such.
Second, about the names. It also should be authentic to the card's region. For example, using Mongolian name for US card may cause unsuccessful payment, as merchant's bank sees this transaction as suspicious and declines it.

In general, there are cards that can be linked to Google Pay. The most important thing to look into is whether the card supports 3Ds technology and whether the Google Pay account country corresponds with the card's country of issuance. Hope that helps!
