can you tell me what the difference is between a stolen cc and a vcc? also can you kind of go more in depth on how to get one and get it loaded? that entire process is KYC involved?
First, about the difference. Stolen cards are just card details that have been stolen from the original owner. That is illegal and, for example, with US cards the original owner can get all the money back and get you prosecuted, so we don’t advise using carding services ever
As for vcc, as we explained above, these are more like an ordinary credit/debit card, issued through a specific provider with a wider set of top-up options (usually yet not always including crypto) and a bit different set of limitations. For example, some providers prohibit dating and gambling merchants and have other lists of prohibited mcc codes etc
Second, about top-up options. Modern VCC usually support bank transfers, most do accept crypto, some have Visa/Mastercard top-up option enabled. That varies depending on provider and you better check with each one separately,
Last, about KYC. Most services require some kind of verification, the simplest one is just uploading a document photo to their website, some require additional online verification (like one on Binance, for example), and some do have a whole online interview to verify your identity. That serves two purposes, the first one being just checking you clients, and the second one is KYC itself, implied by the partner banks. That is the financial verification system designated by US banks first and then spreading all over the world.
Hope that was detailed enough, yet in case you have any more questions, we’ll be happy to answer!
Does your card work for Twitter ads?
This question belongs to the Marketplace section, we will be happy to answer there

We cannot promote anything outside the Marketplace section, according to BHW rules…
What makes a vcc working for this service but not for that other one ?
That is a question VCC providers sometimes have to answer
Here are several reasons for declined operations:
- Billing address from account details on desired website does not correspond with billing address from vcc provider - so it’s better to use US cards to pay for US services.
- The card does not support certain regions, e.g in case Turkey is not supported by the card you are using, the transaction for all Turkish merchants will be declined
- In case we’re talking online shopping, you should check whether merchant supports delivery to your country, as the transaction may be declined just because the shipping address is not supported
These are the most common reasons, but there are other not so frequent
