1. Not gonna happen.

2. On building eBay accounts there is the best way to do things and quick way to do things but they are never both best and quick. It will take at least a year to build accounts that can sell multiple designers goods, and that's if you can come up with the legit invoices of your merchandise.

Ah the old "Made in Italy" trick. Nope. Not legal. If you sell branded items, chances are eBay will ask for invoices of where you got them and if you can't come up with one the will restrict your account.

Actually I guess I was dumb. I really didnt know until after. I didnt know and then it all made sense to me and I discovered a whole new world of replicas. I kept researching and read articles saying if its a no brand I could brand it.. so as long it was made in china and was not imitating a branded item. so, not true? well.. how dumb am I ? Im now wondering... I mean is every single thing made in china fake? Don't they create some original items?

Im new at everything and someone told me to come into this site and ask anything.

That only works in generic items...i.e. on some stuff you can get something that looks and act like a brand item and sell it as long as you don't use the brand name or imply that you're selling the legitimate branded items. You can not use a brand or trademark that belongs to someone in any form if you did not get the product legitimately.

Let's put it this way...I've been importing stuff from Asia since the late 1990's. I've seen entire factories who specialize in making fake paper boxes so other factories can make ship their fake product in them. You see how many Louis Vuitton handbags are listed from Hong Kong? I will bet you that 99.99% of them are fake. And I'm being generous here, because I'm fairly certain that the actual number is 100%

got it! what about my other questions. I currently have an account under my sons name and I log into it from my home with my ip address.

Roommate also has an account under someones elses name and logs into it from my ip address.

I now want to open up another account under my mothers name with different email, and bank/paypal inf, my mom resides at my sons address and I will be logging in from my ip address here.

Therefor, there will be 3 accounts 2 from same address but different names, and 1 from another address and different name, but all logging in from my ip address.

again my ex made it so I can never have an ebay under my name , and the purpose of me opening another store under my mothers name is because I want it to be all make up and beauty items. At my sons store I have random things, and one of them is a mug that has curse words, and I have no clue why people like that but four have been asked for already, I really dont want to mix items of that sort with make up and beauty .

Im learning so much , u are very helpful!

Im wondering if having the three accounts will raise a red flag ? and cause suspicion even though I have legitimate items, and possibly all be closed.. Id be numb for a long time if that were to happen!

don't do this. IP linking is the easiest way eBay can ban all those accounts at once. EVERYTHING must be different for each eBay account.

This is one of the more higher risk categories.

Having multiple accounts don't raise a flag, unless they're linked. Then they all go down. Each account must sell different things and use different pictures because eBay have bots that identify these things between accounts.

Frankly, unless you're sourcing these cosmetics from legit sources with verifiable invoices I'd stay away from them, because under VERO rights, they can ban you for selling certain brands even if your items are legit.

Depends on the brand. On some brands you can send in photoshopped fake invoices and eBay won't care but on some brands they will check and verify. Also on some brands where the brand has control over distribution channel, there is no legit invoice you can send in to pass the check if you're claiming you get them wholesale because the brand doesn't go through wholesale channels. They'll just ask you for the invoice as a formality before banning you.

different names, different address, different bank, different paypal and email, and different items. but all will be logging in from same IP. I guess even the ip needs to be different? I just want to make sure I understand.

so my plan was to sell this mascara kit, it has no type of wording on it at all and I even get to select the different color cases and style of cases and I am to add a lil embellishment of my own on the case and make my own logo. Its no brand at all .. so you advise that its a bad idea and that make up are risky items? again I just want to make sure I get all you are saying. Im hopeful for your patience, I never understand the first, second, and sometimes the third and fourth time.. but, then it all finally clicks..

if you pass verification the first time, will that decrease chances of future verification requests for different items? also does your account age and feedback have any effect on this? finally, if you do post a blacklisted item, will they ban you outright or is there a warning system? thanks for the answers

Loggin in from the same IP is the easiest way eBay can link accounts together.

This is much lower risk than selling branded items.

I would guess not, because VERO violation for a different item would be a separate violation.

depends on what you sell and how much. If you buy a $25k account and start listing up to the limit with Louis Vuitton bags or Microsoft Office, you are much more likely to get an out right ban right off the bat than if you start slow.

Can you help me please. I started a thread but haven't heard anything yet.

I can not get a stealth account created...i used a VPN hot spot shield...I used a google voice number and had it forwarded to my phone...used a new windows account portable browser new address a entropay pre paid credit card and still every time i create a new account the selling limit is 0...i do not know why?

Also now google voice will not let me forward any more numbers....how do i fix that?

are you trying to create US accounts from outside the US?

1. Entropay doesn't work. A pre paid visa that lets you enter the zip code to register should work.

2. stay away from VPN, as that may also flag your account

3. use a real phone

You can't use FREE VPNs because it's been abused to death. Go get a paid VPN with dedicated IP or use a smart phone to tether.
