My paypal and Ebay account got limited after 2 years of selling, they are holding my money for 180 days. Will I get that back? I have about U$ 450 in it.
Also How can I make a new account to sell again? I only have one bank account and it was the one linked to my blocked paypal, and anyway around this?

I have 1 paypal account it is connected to 1 ebay account, ebay account but now have been limited to the list. Can I use paypal account that links with other ebay?
 
I have had my account suspended by ebay ([h=1][FONT=Arial, Verdana]MC999 Listing policy violation alert: Brand Name Misuse)[/FONT][/h]. I used other products in the title of similar products I sold. I got warnings and ignored it. Basically I put in "Dior like necklace red" or the like. Now it's permanently suspended. Any way to appeal? I had the account since 1998 and 1000's of positive feedback. 1 bad review that came in after the suspension and I didn't check in time to rebut it. I am pretty sure I just need to get a new account and stealth it, but just in case I wanted to ask first. Thanks in advance.

Okay here it goes: I have some Ebay Gift certificates that i can't use anymore because they are attached to an email that i don't know, and it's been like that for 5 years, any chance i could fix this? I've tried calling ebay and paypal so many times but they can't help me..
