Yes sir foghorn... Once you call they will dig into your account and suspend it unless you are a powerseller. I've just come to terms and started appreciating the good folks at ebay. Damn if only I had a time machine to go back 2 decades... But I digress...

Can anyone provide me with a ebay account with 100+? Or a nice photoshopable id card and invoices I can send them to get the monkey off my back, or back in my corner for that matter.

Also, please dont bash ebay. Sure they are a pain sometimes, but look at it from a business point of view. They are in it to make money, and there is not much money in making everyone happy. It's a machine with loopholes, find them and you too will be among the happy;)

Sorry if this has already been asked but I would like to know what eBay's policy is on Dropshippers. I have looked at their T&C's and Policies but I can't find any references on the subject. I have heard conflicting accounts - some say they are OK with it an others say NOT. Any thoughts?

I have heard that used condoms from china sell well on ebay. I think it is the special sauce they produce?
 
Can I ask you a question about PayPal instead. My account was limited and reviewed, they now say that I can't appeal and that my account is permanently limited and I can have my money after 180 days, does this mean my PayPal account is gone for good, and what happens after 180 days if I don't want the balance? Do they close the account then?

Also what are my chances of getting my PayPal back, baring in mind I accidentally called one of the PayPal contacts a gay f*ck?

I haven't really heard of anybody that doesn't want their balance :-P But after 180 days they give you the option to add a new bank account to withdraw your money. After PayPal bans without appeal you have about a 0% chance of getting your account restored.
 
Stupid question but recently I bought a iPhone5 off ebay, was a trusted 100% positive feedback user with many feedback. I paid straight away! No iphone a month later! Paypal case raised money returned another month later! Whats the point of sellers doing this surely papal will chase the money back off the guy so either way they get nothing?

this is very true...i have feedback of over 20k on ebay....and been there many years....it's almost to the point where you wonder if competitors are getting stuff off of missing trucks.....i'm almost thinking about doing the antique type route and dealing in more rare goods.....if you can buy it in bulk...so can the next guy...this is a general problem
 
I dont know about you guys but I dont see the point in selling on eBay anymore, the fees are just ridiculous! :O
