I am logging without vpn and proxy but it worked with only one device where you logged in first.

Im sorry but I dont think your trick about 21 days hold will work on all accounts (as you said).

There is time where paypal grant you the 'established' seller status after months. Sometimes they just don't.

I've been playing with paypal for years now and been trying every single known & unkown "trick" to bypass it on all my accounts (and I have a lot) Alas nothing works except asking the buyer to request a refund then drop it ( which is very stupid ).

I even have a paypal account (fully verified with real information) that reached 140/90 days with more than 50 completed transactions and still suffer the hold.... f#cking 140/90 days, thats insane.

I would also like to know if you have something to what @Nut-Nights asked about the withdraw as its another comon issue.

Paypal asked for a proof of shipment and an invoice just like if I was selling on eBay.

What should I do ? How can I explain to them that I have an online service ..

They won't care what you say to them. Just ship a CD with the information to you customer and there you have a tracking number that you can show to paypal.
