I have removed 21 days hold on 2 accounts.
I dont know this may effective to you or not but let me explain my experiences on it.
First of all recieve 1 business payment from your nearby friends , after recieving it just refund it and wait 7-10 days after that they will approved you as a verifid seller and you can recieve payment on any way business or anything doesn't matter once you became verified seller it will not stay on 21 days hold.

2) If PP asks me about invoice how to provide them if i'm dropshipping and i don't want to falsify them.
3) How to avoid PP conclusion: sorry, but your business is too risky you can't have business with us anymore bla bla bla.

sure there are a way to login from unsupported country i am also from same but still you can use paypal using blackhat tricks but u suggest not to have transaction above $500 they wil limit your account.
And also there are no way to load fund on paypal from unsupported countries only you can ask fund from another paypal user but have withdraw option from paypal using xoom.

I suggest you to use stealth document to restore your paypal account.

I have a bussiness where I provide Digital services. Often some people after paying for 2/3 months of recurring payments and doing upgrades to their subscription along the way they issue a chargeback and paypal doesn't seem to care and always refunds the customer even tho they used the services without any problem.

Sorry my question was the best cheapest way to log in from unsupported country? can it be done without using proxy or vpn ?
