I want to ask how fast backlinks are for my web,

because I typed in keywords that are not visible in page rank,
is there a quick way to get page rank?

I think you have tried with any of high competition KW. Try to rank low competition Kws first so Use the less popular version of a keyword also try to add some KWs modifier in the page title when you work with competitive KWs

Right, first try to rank low competitive keywords in your niche. After that, you will get to learn how to rank keywords and then target highly competitive keywords

Is your site still new? My technique is I start with long tail KWs as they are easier to rank for. Try to avoid the popular ones as those are very competitive and successful websites are using them.
 
It is always hard to rank high competitive in comparison to keywords having low competition.

Long tail keywords are indeed very beneficial for SEO.

At first, there is no such parameter called PR(page rank ) right now.
Google has left that PARAMETER many years back.

If you are talking about SERP ; then there is no such ORGANIC way to get #1 Page rank for the most competative KWs , over-night.
If any SEO agency is telling about overnight rank, then they are as false as a GHOST.
